About us

Lemargo is a premium brand of handcrafted Italian footwear, designed for those who want to look beyond the surface to seek beauty in depth. Its strong identity and authentic manufacturing quality are the distinguishing elements of the brand.

Lemargo was established within the Saint Ferry shoe factory, a historic company in the sector founded in 1928 in Montegranaro, in the heart of the Marche footwear district. In 2011, the company consolidated its production structure with the construction of a new dedicated plant.

Management is entrusted to Marco Leombruni, the company's owner, and Gloria Guardiani, who meticulously oversees the creative development of the collections. Within the family organization, Caterina handles commercial coordination and market relations, while Dino supervises production dynamics and quality control.

The company operates in the footwear manufacturing sector, continuing its production tradition, ensuring strong integration between design, production, and innovation.

Craftsmanship and production

Lemargo production is based on highly specialized artisanal processes, with direct control over every phase of processing. The careful selection of leathers, the construction techniques, and the in-house finishing phases create a product characterized by essential lines and natural materials that ensure compliance with quality standards.

The shoes are assembled using naturally tanned leathers and neutral soles, before being immersed in dye vats for the garment-dyed coloring process. This step allows the color to penetrate deeply into the material, creating a distinctive chromatic depth. Each model made with this technique features natural variations in tone and material nuances, which certify its uniqueness.

An iconic and distinctive element is the exposed heel counter, positioned and fixed on the outer sole and deliberately left visible, known as “lo squaletto” (the little shark). This registered design detail represents the brand’s distinctive signature, helping to strengthen product recognition.
